Aaron Webster is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cameron Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on financial services technology.  Before the creation of Cameron Ventures, he spent over half a decade on the buyside working on a multi-billion dollar asset management team developing credit models and investment processes across corporate, municipal and structured credit.

His portfolio includes investments in companies like Nayya, Method Financial, Lazarus, XP Health, reflecting his passion for innovation across industries.

Aaron spent time as a software developer in the early days of InsurTech and the commercialization of internet-based technologies in the insurance industry.

Aaron holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Adam Gospodarek is an experienced business professional who holds several lead and advisory roles in finance and investments across multiple organizations.

Prior to joining Cameron Ventures, Brian was an investor at Touchdown Ventures, where he was a member of the team that managed Allegion Ventures, the corporate venture capital division of Allegion (NYSE: ALLE). Before becoming a venture capitalist Brian was an early employee at AirWorks, a venture backed startup that uses computer vision to automate construction plan documentation from drone and aerial imagery. Brian is a graduate of Boston College with a B.S in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Jim Wheeler is an experienced investment professional with a proven track record in early-stage venture capital. Before joining Cameron Ventures, Jim honed his expertise in financial analysis, strategic investment evaluation, and portfolio management. At Cameron Ventures, he applies his deep knowledge of FinTech, InsurTech, and enterprise technologies to identify promising startups and support their growth. Jim's ability to navigate complex markets and foster innovation has made him a key contributor to the success of the firm's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Cameron Ventures, Robert was an Analyst at Financial Technology Partners, where he helped publish private company research as well as advise on growth stage capital raises in InsurTech, Payments, Banking, and HR Tech. Robert graduated from the University of Kentucky with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
